Shipping & Returns
Standard shipping is via USPS Mail, which generally requires 2-4 business days to arrive after shipment depending on your distance from the Pittsburgh area. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Items that ship for free indicate 'Free Shipping' on their product description page. Especially heavy items traveling long distances will ship via UPS Ground.
We will also allow local pickup at our associated veterinary clinic in Bethel Park, PA for Pittsburgh-area residents. Contact us for more details.
Note: Some excessively heavy items which carry a mandatory ship fee regardless of cost. Such products are identified on their respective product pages.
Shipping Lead Times
We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. If there would be any delay or problem getting your order shipped within this timeframe, we'll notify you via email. Orders placed on the weekend effectively count as being placed on Monday. All postal holidays are taken into consideration as non-business days. Please note this means your order ships within 1-3 business days, not necessarily that it would be received by you within that time frame. Shipping carrier lead times are on top of that range.
We accept returns of new, unopened, unused products returned within 30 days of the original order. A refund will be issued within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item. There is no restocking fee. Any opened or used item that is returned to us will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for paying return postage on any unwanted product. If the return is due to an error on our part, we cover return postage.
Due to the nature of the products we sell in an ever-changing industry, occasional discrepancies or changes can occur with product availability, packaging, or description. In any such situation where these discrepancies may cause a problem, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue via email.
